Aged in American Oak Casks for at least 6 months (1st and 2nd use). Refined in bottle for more than 2 months.
Soils: Calcareous clay. Calcareous subsoil and poor in organic matter that confer harmony, continuity and inner strength.
Altitude of the vineyard: 800 meters
Climate: Continental with slight Atlantic influence.
Cherry intense, bright and clean colour. The nose is dominated by red fruits with balsamic and toasted notes. Hints of liquorice, cocoa with hints of mocha.
It is a very expressive wine, therefore we recommend to pair with casseroles, cured cheeses and meat stews.
